Justin Hall
Wide ReceiverWR
Ball State Cardinals
2019 Fantasy Outlook
Hall has been productive through two seasons, with 147 receptions on 227 targets. His numbers were down in 2018, but a good run over Drew Plitt's first two starts (19 catches for 199 yards) bodes well for this year. As a smaller receiver his touchdown potential is capped, but Hall has nice upside in PPR formats. Read Past Outlooks
Catches 11 passes vs. EMU
WRBall State
October 12, 2019
Hall had 11 receptions for 109 yards and a touchdown, along with one carry for two yards, Saturday against Eastern Michigan.
ANALYSIS
After low-volume driven dud last week, a very nice outing for Hall. Toledo has a solid pass defense, but the junior wide receiver is still a good fantasy play next week.
