Kelly initially elected to transfer out of Ball State after his sophomore campaign, but has decided to return to the Cardinals for another season. Last year, the quarterback tossed for 577 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions while completing 53.2 percent of his passes. He also added 724 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground. If the passing element of Kelly's game can take a step forward, he could be a very dangerous quarterback in the MAC.
