Vance Worley, P, PHI – Just as the Phillies get Joe Blanton back, Roy Oswalt has to skip a start. Worley performed admirably in two starts and it would seem like a decent long term investment to add him. Any injuries to the rotation and Worley would be back in the mix and it is certainly a good thing to be backed by the Phils' offense. He might head to Triple-A, but it may pay off to stash him for later.
