Goalie
Connor Hellebuyck, WPG at DET ($7,800): Coming off of a 21-save shutout on Sunday, Hellebuyck looks like a solid option against Detroit. He's actually $100 less than his Sunday salary and the cheapest he's been since Oct. 29th. Detroit has struggled at home and has lost seven games in a row overall.
Center
Brayden Point, TB vs NYI ($5,000): Tampa shook up its lines ahead of its last game. Point now has the luxury of skating with Nikita Kucherov, who leads the NHL in points. Expect Tampa to put up several goals tonight against an Islanders squad that played Monday.
Bryan Little, WPG at DET ($4,700): Winnipeg continues to stay hot and so does Little. With points in four straight games and five of his last six, his price tag is low considering that during this recent stretch, he had been priced up at $5,000 on a couple of occasions.
Wing
Boone Jenner, CBJ vs NJ ($4,500): Jenner and the Blue Jackets are red-hot, winning eight of their last ten, and have been great at home with a 10-4-0 record. Jenner has gone scoreless in his last six games, but facing the Devils is a welcome sight for him. He has three goals in his last four games against them and 13 shots in that four-game stretch. Look for Jenner to get back on track at the lowest salary he's had since Oct. 21, his first game of the season.
Mathieu Perreault, WPG at DET ($4,200): With points in three of his last four games (two goals and three assists over that span), Perreault has been moved up to the top line with Mark Scheifele and Blake Wheeler. He'll also be a contributor on the top power-play unit, as has two goals and three assists with the man advantage this season. Expect Perreault to be a popular and productive play Tuesday.
Reilly Smith, VGK vs ANH ($5,500): Vegas plucked Smith away from the Panthers in the expansion draft along with Jonathan Marchessault. Now, with the two skating on the same line with the Golden Knights, Smith has flourished and has been one of their most consistent players. He has seven goals and 14 assists on the season and has been hot with points in seven of his last nine games. Vegas is among the leaders in goals scored per game, especially at home, and they should do well again Tuesday.
Defense
Rasmus Ristolainen, BUF at COL ($4,600): Ristolainen and the Sabres have not looked good of late, but this is a spot where they should snap out of their scoring funk. In a game that should see fast-paced action, Ristolainen should benefit from facing an Avalanche team that has struggled at limiting fantasy production to defensemen. He sees a ton of minutes, blocks shots, and gets pucks to the net, giving him a solid floor with upside at this price.
Cam Fowler, ANH at VGK ($5,100): With goals in back-to-back games and points in three straight overall, Fowler appears back to 100 percent. His salary has jumped up a bit from the $4,700 mark, but in a good matchup like this one he's still a solid value option in a good spot to produce.
