ANALYSIS
We saw Jousset's ground game on full display in his submission win over Kiefer Crosbie in his UFC debut this past September. He leaned on his striking in this one, spending 15 minutes battering Song with leg kicks and jabs. They were very basic combinations, and Jousset almost never varied his attempts, but to his credit, there was no reason to change what was working. Kevin is 30 years old and getting elite training every day with the team at City Kickboxing, but each of his first two UFC wins have come against lower-end opposition, and we will need to see him against a better opponent before we can get a full gauge of his future potential.

ANALYSIS
Jousset picked up a win in his UFC debut at UFC 293 in September, and he will quickly get a chance to build a winning streak in the promotion against Song, who has won just one fight since February 2020.

ANALYSIS
It's the first submission win of Jousset's career and it came in his biggest spot to date. One of countless City Kickboxing fighters to step into the Octagon for this card, Jousset picked up the pace on the feet following a slow start. He damaged Crosbie with multiple leg kicks before easily dragging him to the mat with just seconds left to go in the frame. He then clamped on the rear-naked choke which closed the show, aided by the fact his opponent displayed zero resistance. While this was a nice performance, Jousset is 30 years old and has all of 11 pro fights under his belt, so he'll need to continue to rack up the victories.

ANALYSIS
Jousset is set to make his UFC debut, riding a three-fight winning streak. He most recently fought in the Hex Fight Series, taking down Kitt Campbell with the ground and pound in round three. His opponent Crosbie is also making his UFC debut.
