Enough stuff has stabilized so that you don't move up or down 20 points in one night (at least not without an extremely good or bad night!), and you can get a good read on your strengths and weaknesses This is also the spot where I start to make decisions on struggling fringe players who aren't showing signs of breaking out of it. This is a good time to see what categories you are behind in and determine if you're fine and within striking distance, or are starting to dig a hole that could be an issue, which is a sign that's time to attack free agency or trading with that category in mind.
