June 3, 2014
Nay, 20, is batting .263/.335/.347 with two home runs, 30 RBI and two steals through 56 games for Low-A Lansing.
ANALYSIS
Nay's first full season has started off in a mediocre fashion. His power stroke has not developed yet, and he isn't hitting for much average. Still, he was the No. 58 overall selection in the 2012 draft out of high school, so he should have plenty of room to grow.

2015 Fantasy Outlook
Nay continued to flash a solid hit tool in his first year in a full-season league, but the over-the-fence power has yet to arrive to the party. He hit .285 with 34 doubles in 518 plate appearances, which is impressive for a 20-year-old getting his first run through the Midwest League. The 6-foot-3 third baseman hit just three homers at Low-A Lansing, but there is a lot of projection left, and some of those doubles should start clearing the fences as he continues to develop. Nay’s power needs to show up if he wants to stick at a corner infield spot, and 2015 could be the year that he takes a step forward in that department. Look for him to return to High-A Dunedin, where he played 11 games to finish 2014, and with a good first half, he could be in Double-A by late summer.
