Rest-of-Season Projections
Cedeno signed a minor league contract with the Braves on Sunday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. He'll report to Triple-A Gwinnett.
ANALYSIS
Cedeno, 29, looks to be just another organization depth arm out of the bullpen. He submitted quality work for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in the Yankees organization earlier this season, recording a 0.82 ERA over 10 relief outings.

2006 Fantasy Outlook
Brought to Kansas City from Boston in the deal for Tony Graffanino, Cedeno worked mostly in a relief role in Double-A Wichita. The Royals, however, would prefer him as a starter. Cedeno has a 1.47 career WHIP in the minors and only one season (2003) with a WHIP under 1.50. The Royals have their work cut out for them, but he came fairly cheaply.
