Knicks Notch Third Straight Win
The New York Knicks defeated the host Golden State Warriors, 119-104, at Chase Center on Thursday evening.

The Knicks got out to a strong start with a, 40-31, lead after one quarter. They kept an advantage through most of the second, as the Warriors tied it up at 55, with two minutes left in the half, but the Knicks closed with an, 8-2, run to take six-point lead into the break. The Knicks carried the momentum into the third and added another seven points to their lead by the end of the quarter. They pushed their lead to a game-high 19 points, with just over five minutes to go in the contest. The Knicks held on to close out their third straight win, while this marks the end of a two-game win streak for the Warriors.

Six players scored in double digits for the Knicks, led by R.J. Barrett, who finished with 28 points on 10-of-17 shooting, in 36 minutes. Julius Randle totaled 16 points, 17 rebounds, nine assists and a steal, while Mitchell Robinson added 18 points, eight rebounds, two bocks and a steal. The Knicks shot 46 percent from the field, including 11-of-24 from deep.

Meanwhile, Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 30 points on 9-of-19 shooting, in 34 minutes. Andrew Wiggins followed up with 17 points, nine rebounds, two assists and a block, while James Wiseman totaled 15 points, eight rebounds and two assists. Draymond Green was ejected from the contest after receiving two technical fouls in just the first half.

The Warriors (8-7) will look to bounce back as they take on the Jazz in Utah on Saturday. The Knicks (8-8) take on the Kings in Sacramento on Friday.
