Lawrence Roberts

Roberts was a very productive power forward in college (former SEC player of the year, lead the SEC in rebounding), but questions about his size and athleticism pushed him into the second round of this year’s NBA draft. The Grizzlies liked Roberts enough to trade two second-rounders and cash to acquire him, and he played very well for their summer league team. He is a highly-skilled post-up player but is more likely to earn playing time in the NBDL than for the Grizzlies this season.
