Undrafted out of Virginia, Tobey inked a non-guaranteed training camp deal with the Hornets in July. The 6-foot-11 big man averaged 7.3 points and 4.4 rebounds while shooting 60.1 percent from the floor as a senior. While his size is somewhat intriguing, it would be a major surprise if Tobey is able to make the final roster out of camp.
