2019 Fantasy Outlook
Phillips did not disappoint as a JUCO transfer in 2018, finishing ninth in rushing in the SEC despite nursing a balky ankle for almost the entire month of November. He averaged 6.1 yards per carry and scored 12 touchdowns on the ground in a high-scoring, potent offense. A new quarterback takes the reins in the form of Matt Corral, so the Rebels could look to lean even more heavily on the running game as Corral eases into action. The Rebels also lost their top three receivers from a season ago, furthering the notion that a return to the ground game could be in order this year. Phillips would be the chief beneficiary of that strategic choice.
