MATCHES (ET)

FORWARDS

Sergio Aguero, MCI v. Newcastle (£27): Aguero hasn't started a match since coming back from injury but he has been on the bench the past two matches. If fully fit and starting, Aguero has the highest goal-scoring odds of any player on the slate, followed closely by Gabriel Jesus (£24). Manchester City are heavy favorites and have a good chance to score multiple goals, so it's worth considering the likes of Raheem Sterling (£29) or Ferran Torres (£20). Putting a lineup together without a Manchester City forward is a big risk in my opinion.

Ollie Watkins, AVL v. CRY (£22): Eight of the top 10 best goal-scoring odds play for Manchester City. The other two players are Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£28) and Ollie Watkins. Aston Villa have the second-best odds to win behind Manchester City and will be facing a Crystal Palace side who conceded seven goals last time out and have conceded the third-most goals in the league. He's taken 11 shots (five on goal) over the past four matches and will have a good chance to continue that volume as Palace concede more than 13 shots per 90 minutes. Bertrand Traore (£17) is a cheaper alternative at forward and should start his fourth straight match on the right wing.

Ivan Cavaleiro, FUL v. SOU (£13): Cavaleiro has been leading the line in place of Aleksandar Mitrovic (£20) and he'll need to overcome a hamstring tweak to come back into the side. If does start, he should continue to see a slice of set-piece duties for Fulham. If Cavaleiro misses out, another cheap option is Oliver McBurnie (£14), who is in a similar situation as Cavaleiro due to a shoulder injury. McBurnie is a consistent shot taker and worth a stash should he make the first XI.

MIDFIELDER

Kevin De Bruyne, MCI v. NEW (£29): If consistency is what you're after, look no further than Kevin De Bruyne. You'll need a goal and or assist out of De Bruyne to justify his price, which isn't totally out of the realm of possibilities against a weak Newcastle side. Although the likes of Riyad Mahrez (£23) and Phil Foden (£23) have a higher ceiling, Rodri (£18) is serviceable and has finished with at least 5.65 points over his past four starts.

Anwar El Ghazi, AVL v. CRY (£20): Normally I would say Jack Grealish (£22) is a shoe-in play, but El Ghazi has been putting up crazy numbers over the past three matches. He's scored double-digits and taken 14 shots over that the sample size and is primed for another start against a poor defensive side. Eberechi Eze (£15) takes set pieces for Crystal Palace and is a viable price.

Kai Havertz, CHE v. ARS (£11): I thought this was a misprint originally as I hardly think many perceive Havertz as a minimum price player. Despite the irregular production, a place in Chelsea's attack and this price isn't something I'd look over, especially against an uninspiring Arsenal side. The potential is just too high and you won't find a starter elsewhere who has a better supporting cast.

DEFENDERS

Yerry Mina, EVE at SHU (£16): Everton have the second-best clean sheet odds behind Manchester City and he's finished with more than 5.65 points in six of his past seven matches while regularly hitting seven-plus points. A good pivot from Mina at this price would be Matty Cash (£15) who consistently hits five points.

Ben Chilwell, CHE v. ARS (£15): Reece James (£19) is also a productive defenders though Chilwell has seen more set-piece opportunities over the past few matches. Both have helped form one of the best backlines in the league and will go into a home match against Arsenal with the third-best clean sheet odds. Gabriel (£19) is back from suspension and has been a top-tier defender when he's not being sent off.

Kyle Walker-Peters SOU v. FUL (£12): Fulham currently sit in the relegation zone and Southampton have been a pleasant surprise to begin the season. Walker-Peters has enjoyed consistent playing time and has scored more than 4.8 points in 10 of his 14 appearances. You won't need much more than five points to justify the price break he gives you and the ability to target the higher-priced players.

GOALKEEPER

Emiliano Martinez, AVL v. CRY (£10): As mentioned, Ederson (£19) and City have the highest clean sheet odds, followed by Jordan Pickford (£17) and Everton. Edouard Mendy (£20) has kept six clean sheets in 10 Premier League matches and is the most expensive option. An outfielder player with the potential to score double-digit points would be an automatic addition to the lineup and Emiliano Martinez should be no different. He's scored at least 10 points in seven of 12 matches and could make it eight when Aston Villa host Crystal Palace.
