Team Analysis
Defense to avoid: Utah Jazz, vs. PHO: After a relatively lax first couple of weeks of the season, the Jazz are once again playing like defensive bullies. Their season-long defensive rankings are getting progressively better, and they rank second in the NBA at limiting production to opposing point guards, third against shooting guards, 10th against power forwards and third against centers, per DraftKings.
Offense to use: Orlando Magic, at WAS: The Wizards are universally average-to-below average defensively, ranking 17th against point guards, 18th against shooting guards, 10th against small forwards, 21st against power forwards and 14th against centers. Plus, they are on the second night of a back-to-back, which has been a factor for some of their key players' availability this season.

Goran Dragic, MIA vs NY ($7,300): Dragic has taken advantage of his opportunity with so many injuries in the Heat backcourt to average 22 points, 9.5 assists, 4.5 boards and a steal over his last four games. The Knicks actually rank 7th in the NBA against opposing point guards, according to Draft Kings, but each of the 10 highest-priced, healthy guards on DraftKings have matchups against top-10 defenses on Tuesday, so Dragic makes a relatively good buy based on matchup, as well.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, DET vs CHI ($5,700): Caldwell-Pope had a "bad" game in his last outing with only nine points, nine boards and four assists. But in the three games prior to that, he averaged 22 points, 6.7 boards and 3.8 assists with 3.8 threes per game. His Tuesday opponent, the Bulls, rank 29th in the NBA in fantasy points allowed to opposing shooting guards.
Troy Daniels, MEM vs PHI ($4,700): Daniels has a mega green light right now, according to his coach, and he's taking advantage of it to bomb away. He's scored 98 points in his last four games, numbers that dwarf his current price tag.
Gordon Hayward, UTA vs PHO ($8,200): Hayward had scored more than 30 points in three straight games entering Monday, a stretch over which he averaged 31.7 points, 4.7 ssists, 4.0 boards, 3.0 treys and 1.3 steals per game. His Tuesday opponent, the Suns, rank 19th in the NBA in production allowed to opposing small forwards.
Serge Ibaka, ORL at WAS ($6,300): Ibaka has been consistently strong over the last several weeks, averaging 17.3 points with 6.7 boards, 2.7 blocks, 1.3 treys, 1.7 assists and 1.2 steals over his last six outings. The Wizards rank 21st in the NBA against opposing power forwards and allowed Brook Lopez and Trevor Booker to combine for 39 points, 20 rebounds and six assists Monday night.
Dario Saric, PHI at MEM ($4,900): The 76ers are on the second night of a back-to-back and Joel Embiid played on Monday, which means he'll sit out Tuesday. The last time Embiid sat, Saric exploded for 21 points, 12 boards, three treys, two assists and a steal in 27 minutes of action. On Monday, even with Embiid playing, Saric registered 17 points with eight boards, three treys and a steal in 25 minutes off the bench. He seems locked in at the moment and comes at a low price.
Karl-Anthony Towns, MIN vs SA ($8,100): Towns has fierce competition from Hassan Whiteside and Marc Gasol, possibly even Andre Drummond, for this slot. However, while Whiteside costs $1,500 more than Towns -- and Gasol is on the second night of a back-to-back -- Towns is fresh. Plus, he has an excellent matchup against a Spurs squad that ranks 27th against opposing centers, according to DraftKings.
Marcin Gortat, WAS vs ORL ($6,100): Gortat is steadily productive with occasional star upside, which he showcased on Saturday with 21 points, 18 boards, two blocks, two steals and two assists in San Antonio. His former team, Orlando, is below-average in the middle with a ranking of 17th against opposing centers.
Robin Lopez, CHI at DET ($4,900): Lopez has cooled a bit from a great run last month, but he is still averaging 11.3 points, 6.5 boards and 2.5 blocks over his last four games and is a nightly double-double threat. The Pistons are solid, but beatable, in the middle with a ranking of 12th against opposing centers.
