FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

There are only two games on the schedule Tuesday as the Wizards and Celtics face off for Game 2 of their series while the Warriors and Jazz will be playing Game 1. This leaves limited options for your FanDuel lineup, but that doesn't mean you can't still end the evening as a winner. Here are some players to consider for your entry…

John Wall, WAS at BOS ($10,400): Wall had a big performance in Game 1 as he scored 20 points and dished out 16 assists on his way to 46.8 FanDuel points. He has posted a double-double in three of his last four games while also recording at least one steal in each. Look for him to have another big outing in Game 2.

Bradley Beal, WAS at BOS ($7,900): Beal has been excellent in the playoffs, as he has scored at least 33.1 FanDuel points in all but one game so far. Beal has been a lethal offensive weapon, averaging 23.1 points per game this season, but he's been even better of late with 27 points in each of his last four games. Don't expect him to slow down in this contest.

George Hill, UTA at GS ($6,000): Hill saw plenty of action in the first round, playing at least 35 minutes in six of seven games against the Clippers. While he didn't really have any huge performances, he did score at least 26.5 FanDuel points in four of the last five games. With so few options at point guard, Hill at least provide consistent minutes at a mid-tier price.

Draymond Green, GS vs. UTA ($8,800): Green is a clutch player who usually puts up big numbers in the playoffs. He was excellent in the first round against the Trail Blazers as he scored at least 40.2 FanDuel points in all four games. His ability to contribute in multiple categories makes him worth playing again Tuesday.

Joe Johnson, UTA at GS ($5,700): Johnson has had some big moments in the playoffs already as he scored at least 25.9 FanDuel points in three of the final four games against the Clippers. The Warriors go with a lot of small lineups, which could play right into the hands of Johnson. He scored 34.5 FanDuel points against them toward the end of the regular season, so there is the potential for a big performance. It's hard to find viable cheaper options, but Johnson is just that in Game 1.

Otto Porter, WAS at BOS ($4,900): Porter posted a double-double in Game 1 on his way to 34.7 FanDuel points. Rebounding has been a problem for the Celtics, so don't be surprised if you see increased boards from Porter throughout this series. At this price, he's hard to pass up Tuesday based on his potential.

Al Horford, BOS vs. WAS ($8,300): Horford was a rebound shy of a triple-double
in Game 1 with 45.8 FanDuel points. He had a strong first-round series against the Bulls as well, as he scored at least 30.7 FanDuel points in all but one game. His ability to rack up assists gives him an added boost in value at the center spot, making him a great option again Tuesday.

JaVale McGee, GS vs. UTA ($4,000): I repeat, viable cheap options are hard to find in the playoffs. McGee didn't put up huge numbers in the first round by any means, but he did score at least 20.8 FanDuel points in two of the four games. If you need a really cheap option somewhere, McGee is not a bad choice as he can rack up rebounds and blocks in limited minutes.
