We have a heavy slate of 10 games Tuesday, and as usual weíll run down two players to target per position along with some honorable mentions, plus one player to avoid.

First, we will take a look at our high-salary picks in the $50-plus range. Giannis Antetokounmpo has now breached the $60 threshold, which is also making him out of reach on big slates like these, but with a matchup against the floundering Cavs, I like the Greek Freak vs. LeBron matchup and would take either of them here as my one spend-up.

Westbrook also has a great matchup against Sacramento, but Iím more inclined to fade Westbrook and Cousins/Anthony Davis due to the wealth of options beneath them.

GUARDS

Bradley Beal, WAS vs. DAL ($37): With John Wall (shoulder) not projected to play, Beal is going to be shouldering most of the offensive load for the Wizards. While Tim Frazier ($11) will draw the start and be a decent tournament option, Beal will be a safe cash play against the Dallas defense.

Kyle Lowry, TOR vs. CHI ($32): Donít let that last stat line fool you. Wall was ejected with early in the second quarter, so you can almost give him a day of rest here, albeit a frustrating one. The missy picture in Chicagoís frontcourt gives Lowry plenty of opportunity. For three dollars more DeMar DeRozan ($35) should also have a good game.

Other guards to consider: Jrue Holiday, NO at IND ($30), DíAngelo Russell, BKN at DEN ($36)

GUARD TO AVOID

Ricky Rubio, UTA vs. PHI ($31): Itís been a rough couple of games for Rubio, who is as streaky as they come, points-wise. Youíd be wise to keep him in a roto league that ranks assists, but otherwise fade him against a surprisingly tough Philly defense.

FORWARDS

Paul George, OKC at SAC ($39): This is a nice matchup for the Thunder to chalk up a much-needed win and while any of the three powerhouses are fine, Iíll lean towards George. Heís led the team in almost every category over the past few games, and the Kings, while weak practically everywhere, are especially weak at the wing, where George has tended to slide into in a hybrid 3 set with Carmelo Anthony.

Tim Hardaway Jr, NY vs. CHA ($23): Thereís a great deal of depth at forward, and Hardaway is a great value for two dollars under Yahooís median price. Theyíve let Hardaway loose to flashes of the player we so enjoyed playing in Atlanta, and thereís been no significant dropoff since he kicked into gear.

Other forwards to consider: Paul Millsap, DEN at BKN ($29), Khris Middleton, MIL at CLE ($29)

FORWARD TO AVOID

Jeremy Lamb, CHA at NY ($23): You canít underestimate the Knicksí defense any longer, and Lamb has seen a bit of a dropoff in minutes over the past week. It may have been an aberration, but while Lamb has been effective in Nicolas Batumís absence, better safe than sorry.

CENTERS

To be clear, I like a lot of centers for value here, and I want to focus on two of them, but I canít hit the position without mentioning the great matchups available for Nikola Jokic ($41) and Rudy Gobert ($38). While most people spending up might go all the way up to Cousins, these are two great candidates with favorable matchups.

Steven Adams, OKC at SAC ($23): Adams has had a rough couple of games and this favorable matchup will mark a course correction for him, as he was enjoying three double-doubles over five games before this two-game slide.

Marcin Gortat, WAS vs. DAL ($22): D.C. is a tough place to play, and the Dirk Nowitzki/Nerlens Noel combo frontcourt wonít be too much of a problem for Gortat. It should be a big rebounding night for him with the potential for a few blocks as well.

Other centers to consider: DeAndre Jordan, LAC at SA ($33)

CENTER TO AVOID

Jonas Valanciunas, TOR vs. CHI ($17): The time will come to roster Valanciunas and take advantage of the value he has dropped to due to injury, but he isnít yet 100 percent, so while itís tempting to get a cheap price here, wait a week until heís back at full speed with no minutes restrictions.
