ANALYSIS
Ayanbadejo has a strong reputation for his play on special teams, but he wasn't a contributor on defense in Baltimore, and he can probably be replaced by a younger, cheaper player. We wouldn't rule out a return to Baltimore at the veteran minimum salary, as Ayanbadejo is unlikely to find anything better on the open market.

Ayanbadejo is known for his special teams play, but is also expected to see some time with the defense as a coverage linebacker on passing downs.
Ayanbadejo has been a reliable special teams gunner year-in and year-out for the Ravens. Don't expect an expanded role at this point in his career.
Ayanbadejo played just four games before landing on IR with a torn quadriceps. He'll hope to regain form to start the season, but won't provide any value beyond being a special teams star for the Ravens.
Ayanbadejo is a solid special teams performer, but won't rack up enough tackles to lend him any fantasy significance.
Ayanbadejo doesn't offer much value except as a special teams ace. Last year he was second in the league in special teams tackles. He'll start the season as a backup linebacker, so don't expect much of an IDP impact.
A top special teams player, Ayanbadejo was selected to his first Pro Bowl last season. The skilled tackler can also fill in at linebacker if the Bears need a replacement.
Ayanbadejo is one of the top special teams players in the league and was a great special teams contributor for the Bears last season. He is expected to do so once again this year and also play a little bit at outside linebacker.
