Rookie Michael Burton seemed destined to serve as the Lions' fullback this season, but Igwenagu has impressed with his superior blocking and ability on special teams. Should he win the job, Igwenagu has an opportunity to find the end zone more than the average fullback. Offensive coordinator was part of teams in New Orleans that highlighted fullbacks. From 2011-2103, Saints fullback Jed Collins scored seven total touchdowns.
