2019 Fantasy Outlook
Haley enters his second year as a member of the Big Blue secondary after suiting up for 10-plus games in each of his four seasons for Penn State, and helping the Nittany Lions post an average 26th-place finish in pass defense during his tenure. As a rookie with the Giants he started nine times and made 10 appearances, while playing on 38.8 percent of New York's defensive snaps. He's a second-string cornerback for a unit that's looking to reverse a propensity to give up splash plays, having posted a bottom-10 finish with 59 20-plus yard pass plays allowed during 2018.
