2024 Fantasy Outlook

Almost immediately after posting a T7 individual finish while leading the University of Illinois to the Match Play portion of the 2023 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship alongside fellow PING First-Team All American Tommy Kuhl, Dumont de Chassart found himself hoisting hardware upon the conclusion of his Korn Ferry Tour debut, winning the BMW Charity Pro-Am in a playoff in June. The 23-year-old Belgian advanced to a playoff the very next week at the Kansas Wichita Open before placing T2, and he didn't finish any worse than T10 until his seventh KFT start. He ended the 2023 KFT campaign with a somewhat limited 11-event sample, but he paced the Tour in both scoring average and birdie average, nonetheless. It wouldn't be surprising to hear "ADdC" at the forefront of the eventual 2024 Rookie of the Year conversation. Read Past Outlooks

Dumont de Chassart closed with a six-under 66 on Sunday to finish in a share of sixth place at the Puerto Rico Open.

ANALYSIS
Dumont de Chassart carded an eagle and five birdies against just one bogey in the final round. He ranked top-five for the week in both GIR's and putts per GIR. The former University of Illinois standout was a player that many had high expectations for in 2024 after a strong 2023 season on the Korn Ferry Tour. ADDC has struggled out of the gate going MC-MC-75th-T60-MC-MC coming into this week. It seems as if he was able to find something, however, and hopefully this carries him into this next stage of the season. Dumont de Chassart did not qualify for the upcoming Players Championship.
