ANALYSIS
After going undrafted in April following his senior season at Florida, Fulwood participated in a rookie minicamp with the Saints, but wasn't brought onto the team's training camp roster. He'll now look to keep his career going north of the border, though he isn't expected to carve out a sizable role with the Roughriders if he's able to secure a roster spot.
