Kings Get Past Mavericks, 125-121
The Sacramento Kings defeated the Dallas Mavericks, 125-121, at AT & T Center on Tuesday evening.

The Kings (37-37) encountered quite the challenge against the Mavericks (29-45), which have been a markedly better team at home. The game was a see-saw affair for the most part, and Sacramento found itself down by a 112-107 margin with 3:46 remaining. However, the visitors went on an 18-9 run over the final 3:04, sealing the win with a pair of Buddy Hield free throws. Each team found plenty of offensive success, shooting 50.6 percent apiece.

De'Aaron Fox led the way for the Kings with 23 points, adding eight assists and hauling in five rebounds. Harrison Barnes posted 18 points, three rebounds and one assist. Hield finished with 17 points, five rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block. Willie Cauley-Stein managed 16 points, seven boards, two assists and one steal. Marvin Bagley and Bogdan Bogdanovic mustered 14 points each off the bench.

Luka Doncic paced the Mavericks with a 28-point, 12-rebound, 12-assist triple double. Dwight Powell generated a 21-point, 13-rebound double-double that also included three assists and four blocks. Maxi Kleber furnished 17 points, four rebounds, one steal and one block. Jalen Brunson managed 15 points and three assists. Ryan Broekhoff poured in 11 points.

The Kings next visit the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday evening, while the Mavericks visit the Miami Heat on Thursday night as well.
