Goeters will be making his 2007 debut in the No. 27 Scotiabank Ford Fusion for Brewco Motorsports at the Telcel Motoroloa Mexico 200 this weekend, brewco.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Goeters has had some mixed results at Mexico City with Brewco. He captured the pole in 2005 but finished 38th with engine problems. In 2006 Goeters qualified fifth and finished a respectable 14th. Goeters should challenge the top-10 again this Sunday.

Goeters, who will compete this weekend in the Telcel-Motorola 200 with Brewco Motorsports, said Tuesday that he will drive the rest of the season with Jay Robinson Racing, scenedaily.com reports. Goeters will bring some sponsorship with him from Xtreme Gel, but the team is looking for additional sponsorship.

The creation of Latin American Racing, the new Busch team created by Goeters and Adal Ramones, was announced Saturday in Mexico, sporcar.com reports. “We do not have sponsorship yet, and the business does not necessarily have to be Mexican or Latin American. It can be American, European or Asian. We are going to study all the options that are before us and decide which can contribute the most to Latin Americans with this project,” announced Goeters.
