Confirms Cadillac DPi Program for 2019

JDC-Miller Motorsports has confirmed that it will join the DPi ranks of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in 2019. The Minnesota-based team, which currently runs two Oreca 07 Gibson LMP2 cars, will switch to a pair of Cadillac DPi-V.Rs for a full-season campaign next year, sportscar365.com reports.

ANALYSIS
Simpson has been slated to drive one of the team's two DPi's next season. The remainder of the driving lineup will be announced as plans unfold. Simpson and his current co-pilot, Mikhail Goikhberg, sit fifth overall in the Prototype standings, and will look forward to the anticipated boost of partnering with Cadillac next year.
