Johnson will transfer to Baylor, per Baylor Football Recruiting News.

Johnson played last season at the JUCO level with East Mississippi Community College. In 2024, he reeled in eight catches for 200 yards and three scores. The 6-foot-3 wideout reportedly also fielded offers from UNLV, Troy, South Alabama and UTSA.
