NTT IndyCar Series drive Veach will make the full-time switch to sports car racing, having been confirmed in Vasser Sullivan Racing's second Lexus RC F GT3 alongside the returning Frankie Montecalvo, sportscar365.com reports.

Veach will replace Townsend Bell in the team's No. 12 Lexus entry and be paired with Frankie Montecalvo. The 26-year-old driver has spent the past four seasons racing in IndyCar and will make the full-time change to sports car racing this season. Veach made one start in IMSA back in 2015 at Laguna Seca, so he's not completely unfamiliar with sports cars. He should make a solid pairing with Montecalvo in the team's Lexus.
