Bulter scored seven goals and added two assists in 25 appearances (22 starts) in the Bundesliga.

Bulter's second season in Hoffenheim was far more successful than his first. The winger played a big role and at times was the important piece of the attack. He should remain a big part of the starting XI for the foreseeable future.
