Scott transferred to Florida State from the JUCO ranks earlier this offseason, but since elected to hit the portal in search of a different program. He's settled on Maryland, where he'll try to build on the 20 receptions he reeled in for 358 yards and four touchdowns at Southwest Mississippi Community College.
