Romelo Ware News: Pushing for role this fall

Ware looks to be in the mix to contribute in NIU's backfield this season, Eddie Carifio of Daily Chronicle reports.

Ware took a sweep for 35 yards during NIU's spring game in what ended up being a strong outing for the young back. The 5-foot-9 freshman projects to see carries behind Telly Johnson and Jaylen Poe this fall.
