Arthur Vermeeren News: Earns large role

Vermeeren created a pair of assists in 28 appearances (18 starts) in his Bundesliga debut.

Vermeeren was struggling for minutes with Atleti, but has thrived since making the switch to Leipzig. He did so well that the club activated his transfer clause in January. Vermeeren will head into the next season as a likely starter alongside Nicolas Seiwald in the midfield.
