McAteer put the match beyond reach Sunday when he bagged Leicester City's second goal late in the second half of their 2-0 victory over Ipswich Town. The goal was the first career Premier League goal for the attacking midfielder who also contributed one tackle (one won), one interception and one block to the team's clean sheet effort. After playing a rotational role for the majority of the campaign, McAteer has now started in three successive league fixtures.
