Brandon Woodruff Injury: Set for another rehab start
Woodruff (shoulder) will make his next rehab start at Triple-A Nashville on Sunday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
Barring any setbacks, Woodruff is expected to make his return from the 15-day injured list to make his 2025 debut with the Brewers next weekend against the Twins. Woodruff hasn't pitched in the majors since undergoing capsule surgery on his right shoulder in September 2023, but the right-hander has thus far looked sharp over his five rehab outings between Nashville and High-A Wisconsin. While covering 23.1 innings in total, Woodruff has submitted a 2.70 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 22:7 K:BB.
