Dinkins suffered a high ankle sprain in the Rams' preseason win over Kansas City and will be sidelined two to four weeks, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Dinkins, a rookie cornerback, was having a fairly good camp and looked to have the inside track to a spot on the 53-man roster, mainly because injuries have hurt the club's depth at the CB position. It will be interesting to see where he's at when his ankle gets back to 100 percent.
