Hufanga had a true breakout campaign in 2022, posting strong IDP numbers in the process (97 tackles, six turnovers and two sacks). The 23-year-old has been trained by legendary safety and fellow USC graduate Troy Polamalu, and the similarities showed both in aggressive style of play and flowing locks while patrolling the secondary.
