Hello I'm in a keeper league in which you can have a team for unlimited years. I've been offered Justin Upton for C.C Sabathia. My question is should i pull the trigger and take the 21year stud Upton instead of keeping Sabathia who's 29yrs and one

Sabathia has logged a lot of innings over the years and I believe it will catch up to him + playing in New York were an infield fly ball becomes a home run will not help him. He has never thrived under pressure either. In general, hitters are much more predictable than pitchers - you know what you are getting with Upton as for CC - anything can happen.

It depends on what type of scoring your league uses, and what your team's needs are... but CC has many good years ahead of him, too.

Generally speaking, it's easier to find an OF on waivers than an ace-type SP like Sabathia.
