Cody Bolton Injury: Cut by Guardians

The Guardians released Bolton (undisclosed) on Friday.

Bolton went unclaimed off waivers after being DFA'd by Cleveland on Saturday, and he'll now have to look elsewhere for his next gig. The 26-year-old righty gave up three earned runs in two innings during his lone MLB appearance April 28, and he owns a 6.00 ERA through six frames in the minors.
