Chermiti's second season in Everton was marred by injuries and he hardly played. Chermiti totaled 42 minutes in the team, going unused more often than not even when fully fit. Other attacking options have departed Everton, which could open the door for Chermiti to compete for a larger role. That said Chermiti has yet to prove himself at the top level.
