Austin Wells News: Not in Friday's lineup

Wells is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Athletics.

Wells started the previous four games and will receive a rest day after going 3-for-16 with a walk, a double and an RBI during that stretch. Ben Rice will start behind the plate, with J.C. Escarra (paternity) away from the team for a few days.
