Gordon Graceffo News: Sent back to minors

The Cardinals optioned Graceffo to Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

Graceffo tossed two scoreless relief innings Sunday against the Reds during his lone day with the big club. Roddery Munoz was called up from Triple-A to take over Graceffo's spot on the 26-man active roster.
