Hayden Senger News: Goes back to Triple-A

The Mets optioned Senger to Triple-A Syracuse on Thursday.

Senger's stay with the Mets lasted just two days, as he'll head back to Syracuse with top catcher Francisco Alvarez (personal) making his return from the paternity list. Luis Torrens started behind the plate in both of the Mets' games while Alvarez was away.
