Peter Kussow News: Snagged by Mets

The Mets have selected Kussow with the 133rd overall pick in the 2025 First-Year Player Draft.

A prep righty from Wisconsin, Kussow has a projectable 6-foot-5, 210-pound frame and may have flown under the radar playing up north. His best pitch is a low-80s slider and he should add velocity to his fastball, which can already touch 97 mph.
