Tim Piasentin News: Plucked by Blue Jays

The Blue Jays have selected Piasentin with the 143rd overall pick of the 2025 First-Year Player Draft.

A high school third baseman out of Alberta, Canada, Piasentin committed to play college ball at Miami. At 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, the 18-year-old has plenty of power potential but will have to overcome some swing-and-miss in his stroke.
