Richie Frahm

Frahm was signed primarily to be a perimeter scoring threat for Portland, and will be part of the four-man rotation at guard with Damon Stoudamire, Derek Anderson and Nick Van Exel. He’s yet to be given/earned an opportunity to produce, so you should get a look at how coach Maurice Cheeks eventually employs him before selecting him for your fantasy team. He could have specialized value as a three-point threat.
