Top-10 LIV streak ends in Dallas
June 29, 2025
Rahm carded a one-over 73 in the final round at LIV Golf Dallas to finish tied with Anirban Lahiri for 11th.
ANALYSIS
Rahm started the tournament strongly with a four-under 68 to sit one shot behind Patrick Reed and Harold Varner III for the clubhouse lead. However, Rahm wasn't able to carry that momentum into the weekend and looked visibly frustrated on the course. He wasn't able to convert on birdie putts on the back nine of the final round, and his T11 in Dallas is the first LIV Golf tournament where he has not finished in the top-10 of the leaderboard outside of Houston in 2024, which he was forced to withdraw from due to a left foot infection. It was certainly a disappointing effort for the Legion XIII captain, who sits third in the LIV Golf individual season standings behind Joaquin Niemann and Bryson DeChambeau. Rahm will look for better results at LIV Golf Andalucia in two weeks, where he finished T10 in 2024.
