ANALYSIS
The 16-year-old is viewed by many international scouts as the best hitter among this crop of Dominican prospects, with a 6-foot-2, 220-pound frame capable of generating plenty of power. He could use some work in the field at third base, but already possesses a strong, accurate throwing arm.
