Obiesie joined the Rockets on an Exhibit 10 deal after spending the 2022-23 campaign with the Fraport Skyliners of Germany's Basketball Bundesliga. The 23-year-old guard could pursue a return overseas now that he's been cut by Houston, but if he opts to stay stateside, the Rockets will retain his G League rights.
