Heads to Detroit Mercy
Manciel announced April 21 via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Detroit Mercy, joining the program as a transfer from Arkansas State.
ANALYSIS
A native of Detroit, Manciel will continue his collegiate career in his home city. Detroit Mercy marks the third stop for the 6-foot-3 guard, who began his career at JuCo program Henry Ford College in 2021-22 before joining Arkansas State last offseason. He didn't appear in a game during his time with the Red Wolves and should have up to three years of eligibility to use heading into the 2023-24 campaign.
