Spencer will transfer to Virginia Tech, per Tech Sidelines.

Spencer comes over from HBCU Jackson State, where he reeled in 35 receptions for 660 yards and four scores as a sophomore last fall. The wideout will have two seasons of eligibility remaining with Virginia Tech, where he'll look to quickly become a favorite target of dynamic quarterback Kyron Drones.
