Mazzie will transfer to East Carolina, per NC Football News.

Mazzie brings plenty of experience with him from FCS New Hampshire. In three years, he knocked through 43-of-56 field goals (76 percent). With one season of eligibility remaining, he'll look to bring his steady leg with him to Charlotte.
