Past Fantasy Outlooks
2012
2010
It's easy to forget how talented Harrison is after last year's disaster of a year in which he caught just 14 passes for 274 yards and two scores, but he can definitely make plays. He was Rutgers' top receiver in 2010, catching 44 passes for 829 yards and nine touchdowns, so he shouldn't be written off. But poor quarterback play likely limits his value to Big East-only leagues to start the year.
Although Mohamed Sanu is definitely Rutgers' best skill position player, there's a big opportunity at the wide receiver spot with last year's star, Tim Brown, no longer around. Harrison is a big wideout who has been receiving Kenny Britt comparisons for a while now, and the hope is that he'll take strong hold of a starting spot and be a feature wideout in 2010. How well he'll be able to justify those comparisons is another question entirely, but he caught five passes for 83 yards and one touchdown in eight games as a freshman last year, so he's shown a bit of potential already. He's only worth a pick in Big East-only leagues, for the time being.
